Nepali citizens applying for the Relinquishment of Nepali Citizenship and passport are required to submit the supporting documents mentioned below:

  1. Original and Photocopy of Nepali Citizenship Certificate
  2. Original and photocopy of Nepali Passport.
  3. Two copies of passport size photo.
  4. One copy completed application letter. नागरिकता परित्याग निवेदन
  5. Three Copies of completed application. नागरिकता परित्याग गर्ने अनुसूची ९ फाराम
  6. The letter from the foreign government (Thailand/Singapore/Cambodia/Laos/Viet Nam in the case of this Embassy) regarding the approval of citizenship (foreign) and a copy of Residence ID card of that country.
  7. Transfer slip of revenue 40 US Dollar [1300 THB]; (Please transfer at least 47 dollars to the following bank account so that the Embassy receives 40 USD after deducting bank and transfer service charges by the bank)
